About the Role:

If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with plenty of variety and the chance to learn and develop your skills and experience, then this is the role for you! We are currently recruiting a fixed term experienced Payroll Administrator to join our large, friendly Payroll team in Lincoln. The key element of your role will be to process payroll tasks and respond to payroll queries whilst ensuring delivery of a high quality, customer focused, and responsive service.

About You:

Bring your enthusiasm and passion for the role and we will provide excellent on the job training for you to be a success. If you already have experience of working in a similar fast paced, large, local government payroll environment then we want to hear from you! Whilst payroll experience is desirable, it is not essential, all we ask is that you have strong capabilities with data, calculations and Microsoft Excel (advanced users).

Experience with payroll software Agresso is preferred, however not essential as full training will be provided. You will be liaising with our key stakeholders, as such excellent customer service and communication skills are crucial in succeeding in this role, along with your natural ability to problem solve.
