Management Development Trainer - Norwich, Norfolk
Our client requires an experienced Management Development Trainer for approximately 6 months.
Main Purpose: To research, commission, design and deliver customer focused and cost effective learning and development solutions, including implementation and running of programmes and courses, to meet workforce requirements.
Requirements: The successful candidate will need to be educated to degree level (or equivalent) - level 5 and / or additional specialist management qualification(s).
You will have proven experience of using project management techniques, 3 years experience of successfully leading and delivering small to medium-sized projects. Service and business planning, funding streams, L&D processes and ICT competence.
This is a full-time role working 37hrs per week.
