Rents Transformation Manager required to join a public sector organisation based in Nottinghamshire. My client is looking for a dynamic individual who is an experienced Rents Transformation Manager to join their project team on a full-time, temporary basis for a minimum period of 6 months.

As the Rents Transformation Manager you will be working with the project team to reengineer processes and manage transformation, alongside other duties below:

Key responsibilities of the Rents Transformation Manager:

* Managing the transfer of the Rents Team from within the Finance Team to the Housing Team
* Preparing the rents team for the introduction of Welfare Reforms
* Reengineering processes and ensuring the team are working in line with them
* Supporting the team with a system upgrade

Required skills and experience of the Rents Transformation Manager:

* Experience within a Rents Transformation role previously
* Understanding of the rents function
* Proficient in Capita One/OPENHousing systems
* Experience of managing a transfer of teams and/or service
* Ability to look at processes and re-engineer them
* Understanding of Welfare Reforms/Universal Credit is ideal but not essential
* Demonstrates initiative, whilst able to take direction
