Team Leader RMN/RNLD - Ebbw Vale , Gwent
My Client requires a Team Leader RMN or RNLD to work in a low secure private hospital for male and female clients
QUALIFICATIONS: RMN or other equivalent qualifications, with ideally a minimum of 3 years post registration experience in Mental health and/or Psychiatry at Senior level in addition to relevant management experience and/or training.
The Registered Provider/Registered Person/Responsible Individual is ultimately accountable under the Healthcare Inspectorate of Wales. (HIW)
Job Summary:
Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the unit and overall control and responsibility for the individuals care. The post holder will be part of a multidisciplinary team which provides service to people who have Mental health needs with health care or psychiatric needs. Generally speaking the perceived needs of our clients can be broadly categorised as:
