Inplace Personnel are currently recruiting for experienced Call Centre Agents to work in Nottingham City Centre.
The ideal candidate will need to have previous Call Centre experience with a high level of Customer Service, good data entry / keyboard skills with excellent attention to detail.
The main duties of the role will be to respond to a high volume of customer inquiries, resolve any complaints and enter any relevant details onto the inhouse system.
